course completion certificate?
Contact
Missy Harp at (417) 850-5851 to request a new certificate. It will take a
minimum of two weeks to receive your certificate. When requesting a
certificate, you need to provide the following:
The month and year you attended the class
The location you attended
Your name and the address to which you want the certificate mailed
